all prep work carried out from start to the end

1880's Victorian House in Tottenham in need of total modernisation. Kitchen Diner, bathroom to be added and converted back to a 3 bedroom house. Double Glazed windows, new heating system, new electrics to be added, and of course new decor.

We have removed the chimney stack. The wall facing to come down to form one large kitchen diner with a utility room, and downstairs toilet facilities.

Remove chimney stack to make room to form lobby and a bathroom in this area to allow access to the third rear bedroom.

Close up through lounge. Make stud wall to form two reception rooms.

As you can see rest of the rooms have been stripped down to bare wood, and all rooms will need total rebuild e.g rendering to all exterior walls, and finishing plaster to all walls and ceilings, and of course the final decor.

Make good all flaked and old

paint. Applied two Dulux exterior

undercoats, and one of Dulux

exterior brilliant white gloss

House in Southgate, North London

Remove old paint from windows

and finish off with Dulux exterior

paints.

House in Truro Rd, Woodgreen, London going through complete refurbishment. Above picture shows through lounge which has to be closed off. All old plasterwork and ceilings to come down.

After closing off the two connecting rooms we have two reception rooms with new door, new windows and new flooring. Walls painted in Almond White. Ceilings in Dulux Supermatt, and all woodwork finished with Dulux Brilliant White Egg shell.

Stairwell finished in the same paints as the rest of the house.

Old kitchen area to be totally gutted and new kitchen fitted with floor area.

Kitchen finished exactly the same way as the other rooms. Under wall unit lights fitted, ceilings with downlighters, smoke alarms, heat detectors, and finished off with Michaels Decorators touch.

Bathroom to be totally gutted and to be replaced with a new suite, and fully tiled to Michaels Decorators style.

Bath 3/4 tiled fitted with downlighters, extractor fan and Michaels Decorators touch.

re-plaster. Fit down lighters, hang lining

paper, finish off with Dulux Galico

and Dulux Brilliant White Eggshell on all

woodwork.

Remove old bathroom suite, re-plaster,

fit down lighters, and fit new bathroom suite.

Repair of staircase in a Crouch End House. Apply paint remover to remove all existing paints on hand rail to expose mahogony wood. Finish off with Danish Oil and numerous coats of wax. Spindles painted with 2 coats of Dulux eggshell white.
